We use castings, forgings and fabricated parts to provide solutions for high wear, high temperature and high impact environments.
All our Steel Castings and Forgings comply with Australian standards. We also supply to International Standards including ASTM, AISI and EN standards.
Using both Green Sand casting and Investment Casting Methods, we cast to internationally recognised standards depending on our customers preferences. We have cast a variety of shapes from 0.25kg up to 10 Ton per casting in the following materials:
1) White Iron Cr 27%, Cr 35%, Ni-Hard to Australian Standard AS 2027
2) Steel Alloys including AISI 4140, 4330, 4340, 17CrNiMo6-7, EN 26
3) Carbon Manganese Steels to Australian Standard AS 2074
4) Plate Steels to Australian Standard AS 3768
